As a Gold customer, you receive a selection of benefits, including the following: 

To give you peace of mind, you are entitled to a free level & health check every six months after taking delivery of your new vehicle*. The check comprises of 30 points and any top-ups required are free of charge. You will then be given documentation containing the information about your vehicle’s health.

A 10% discount on parts when you have work completed on your vehicle at Hartwell.*

*Whilst you remain the owner, offer is non-transferrable

You will receive a 30% discount on any labour costs for work quoted when found to be needed during your service. (Work must be completed after your service has finished)

If you choose to deliver the vehicle to us for its service we offer a variety of refreshments, Wi-Fi, and comfy chairs for you to enjoy whilst you wait!

When your vehicle is serviced with us, we will complete a complimentary wash and vacuum of your vehicle.

When you arrive for your vehicle’s service a member of our team will be ready to meet you and assist you by parking the vehicle for you.

When you arrive for your service your vehicle will be fast tracked in the workshop and will be seen to first by one of our service team members.

If you are experiencing issues or problems with your new vehicle we can guarantee next day diagnostic work for customers that have vehicles under warranty.

As a gold customer, you will be guaranteed to have a next day service booking.

Hartwell MyGarage App:

Hartwell MyGarage is an App that will benefit you with useful features such as Service and MOT reminders, going paperless by storing all your documents digitally, and access to exclusive Member Benefits.

You’ll also be able to:
