The Benefits of Going Electric

Charge up & save money

You'll find the cost savings soon add up!

You could save £839.29 by switching to a Mustang Mach-E over the UK Average vehicle!* See the full breakdown below.

With fewer moving parts with a battery replacing the engine, you’ll also save on servicing costs as well as benefitting from tax breaks and avoiding low emission zone charges.*

Charging at home

Charging an electric vehicle can be as easy as plugging in your smartphone. Most EV users charge their car overnight to wake up with a fully-charged battery. This can be done via a home charging wall-box for easy charging on the driveway, but you can charge from a regular 3-pin power socket too.

Charging on the go

The availability of charging units is ever-expanding. In the UK, there are now around 50,000 connectors in over 18,000 different locations. Compare this to the number of petrol stations in the UK which is only just over 8,000! Rest assured you’ll never be too far from an EV charging point.

There are thousands of free electric car charge points too, located in places like shopping centres and public car parks. What’s not to love about electric driving?

Drive sustainably, no compromises

Research shows that average lifetime emissions from electric cars are around 30% lower than petrol cars in the UK. As the world turns towards renewable sources of electricity, this figure can reach 70%. Choosing to drive an electric car or an electric van can reduce your individual or business’ carbon footprint significantly.

You’d be doing your bit for the planet without compromising on driving experience, as EV’s offer a smooth, powerful acceleration and a silent, responsive drive

Find the Right Type of Electric Car For You

A Mild Hybrid (MHEV) uses a small electric motor to assist the engine and improve efficiency. You’ll be stopping for fuel less frequently and getting further with your money.

Search for used MHEVS

A Hybrid (HEV) switches seamlessly between their self-charging electric motors and combustion engines, so can run solely on electric power for short distances, unlike MHEVs.

Search for used HEVS

A Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) contains a larger battery which can be charged from an external electrical supply. They can offer a further pure electric range than a regular hybrid.

Search for used PHEVS

A Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) runs on battery power alone. No engine. No fuel. No emissions. But all the benefits that come with pure electric driving.
