All sites are open from Monday-Friday 7.30 am to 6.30pm, Saturday 8.00am until 1.00pm. Late night appointments are also available. Bookings can also be made online and with the aim to provide you with an appointment within the next 3 working days.

We have specialised equipment, tools and training to help you with your requirements from CV service, maintenance and repairs work (including warranty).
Initial diagnosis on urgent (vehicle off-road) repairs is carried out and parts ordered (if required) within two hours of arrival.
Ford Mobile Service
To maximise productivity of your business, it’s vital to minimise downtime of your fleet. Ford Mobile Service is designed to do exactly that, by bringing Ford's service experience and expertise direct to your door.
Ford Express Service and Collection & Delivery
Book a Ford Express Service and have two technicians team up and work together on your vehicle, increasing uptime and reducing expense to your business.
You can also arrange for your Transit Service dealer to collect your vehicle and deliver it back to you after your service or repair work has been completed, for even greater convenience.
Ford Video Check
Ford video check is a visual reporting tool that allows our technicians to show you an expert's eye view of your vehicle. You’ll also receive an electronic report detailing 30 different elements of your vehicle’s health, as well as a competitive estimate upfront for any work recommended by our Ford-trained technicians.
Ford Assistance
A swift breakdown emergency service is available on every Ford vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, even if you're in Europe. Roadside assistance is automatically at every routine service, with extended coverage valid from the date of service for 12 months, or until the next service is due.
